Property Description
Sat in a quiet cul-de-sac position, this neatly presented, recently refurbished semi-detached bungalow is situated centrally in the vibrant, bustling town of Ledbury.
This bungalow is perfect for someone seeking a cosy home with little maintenance but also providing the outdoor space of a garden and the amenity of a garage and off road parking.
From the entrance hall, you lead off to the sitting room with feature fireplace, electric fire and oak flooring. A newly-refurbished (never used) kitchen is also accessed from the hallway, with stylish units and a fitted cooker, again with solid oak flooring. A shower room and two bedrooms – both with fitted wardrobes and oak flooring – complete the accommodation.
The property benefits from central heating and double-glazing throughout.
Outside: An established garden lies to the front of the property with a driveway providing off-road parking leading to a single garage, complete with side access door. A much-loved, well-established private garden with lawn lies to the rear with garden shed, outdoor tap and paved terrace area. The garden contains many specimen shrubs, plants and trees including a Golden Full Moon Maple, Japanese Cedar Tree and Sumac.
Area: Ledbury is a very popular Herefordshire market town with a wide range of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and services as well as its beautiful Grade I, historic black and white market hall, the town’s well-known central point. The town makes the most of both worlds: with unspoilt countryside on its doorstep as well as convenient transport links with the rest of the country - the M50 motorway and the mainline railway station which offers direct services to London.
