Property Description

This great, new, luxury bungalow enjoys a light and airy, well-designed living space, parking, garage, double carport, wrap-around garden and a great location.

With a stylish exterior, this property occupies a corner position on the new, select, high-quality development in the pretty community of Broome with countryside views and rural walks on your doorstep.

A key design goal of this bungalow was to provide a stunning living space in tune with today’s style of modern living, therefore the heart of the home lies in the open-plan kitchen/ dining living area. This multifunctional space is also able to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living with two pairs of French doors opening to both the front and rear of the property. A further large living space lies off the dining area, again with double doors opening to both sides of the property.

To the other end of the property sits the main hallway, which leads to three bedrooms (one en suite with adjacent dressing room), a family bathroom and a utility room.

Outside: The large garden wraps around three sides of the property, with a patio area directly behind. Car parking and outside amenity is well catered for, with a two-bay carport and single bay garage attached to the property with additional parking to the front.

Area: Broome is a small rural community, along with its neighbouring villages of Aston on Clun and Clungunford. Broome has a sweet little community shop, supplying all of life’s essential groceries. In the heart of Shropshire countryside, the village is central to some superb countryside walks. The Kangaroo Inn is less than half a mile away and there are cafés in nearby Hopton Heath. Larger towns with full amenities, such as Ludlow and Craven Arms are just a few miles’ drive away.

Expected completion: Summer 2022.

Plans are available for inspection; site visits by prior arrangement only.
